The Hilton Québec, located on Parliament Hill, overlooks Canada's oldest city. All conference activities including workshops, sessions, meals and receptions will take place at the Hilton Quebec. 

ROOM RATES:

  • Parliament View: $269 CAD per night, single or double occupancy, plus taxes
  • Old Quebec River View: $289 CAD per night, single or double occupancy, plus taxes
  • For triple or quadruple occupancy, $25 CAD per person will be added to the room rate. (Not applicable for children under 17 years sharing an adult room).

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

  • Room rates are subject to availability, so please make your reservations as soon as possible.
  • The group rate is valid for 3 days pre and post event.  
  • Early Departure Fee: Once the client has checked in, if they choose to modify their departure date to an earlier date, they are responsible for payment of one full night.
  • Complimentary Wi-Fi access in guest rooms.
  • Check-in 4:00pm, check-out: 12:00pm.
  • A valid credit card number is required when making a reservation and when checking in.
  • The client can cancel a reservation 48 hours prior to the arrival date, otherwise a full night will be charged.
  • Parking: Self-park (one exit access per 24 hours): CAD$22.00 plus taxes per day. Valet service (unlimited in & out access 24 hours): $32 CAD plus taxes per day. Prices subject to change.
