Exhibit at TAICEP:
TAICEP welcomes exhibitors from organizations whose services meet the needs and interests of our members. Past exhibitors have included credential evaluation agencies, examination boards, government agencies, and others.

The $450 (early bird) / $600 (regular) exhibitor fee does not include conference registration. All exhibitors must be registered as individual conference attendees on the Conference Registration page. The early bird discount ends on August 16, 2024.

Exhibitor Information:
The exhibitor area will be open 8:00am - 5:00pm on Tuesday and Wednesday, October 29th and 30th. Exhibitor setup is Tuesday morning 7am onwards. Each 6-foot x30 exhibitor table space (power source available for $350 which covers both days). Tables are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Exhibitor take down is Wednesday evening after 5:00pm.  Exhibitors should secure their booth materials overnight on Tuesday. 

Exhibitors will have access to and be recognized in the following ways:  

• A 6'x30" table, draped, and 2 chairs for each exhibit table centrally located with consistent attendee traffic flow between conference sessions as well as coffee breaks. 
• Acknowledgement throughout the conference, including during the opening reception and business lunch. 
• A listing on the conference website, along with a description of your organization, and a link to your website. 
• Access to all conference sessions and networking events during the conference 
  

Increase your visibility among international credential professionals by becoming an exhibitor at TAICEP 2024 Conference. Exhibit space is limited, so please register early. The cost per exhibit booth is $450 if received by August 16th. Late exhibit registration will cost $600. Exhibitor fee does not include conference registration. All exhibitors must be registered as individual conference attendees. 

TAICEP Exhibitor Rules and Agreement:
By purchasing an Exhibitor table at the TAICEP Conference, the Exhibitor acknowledges that they have read and agree to abide by the Exhibitor Rules and Agreement.

Exhibitor Table Purchasing Instructions:
1) Exhibitor tables are an "add-on" option, and must be purchased in addition to an individual conference registration.
2) On the Conference Registration page, include an Exhibitor Table ticket along with your conference attendee registration ticket.
